IAN WOOSNAM is a worried man a full 16 months before he leads Europe's Ryder Cup side against the Americans at the K Club near Dublin. And his main concern is unlikely to go away between now and September 2006.

"There must be a dozen key players on the US Tour at the moment and I am worried about how the team may work out if the guys keep playing in America," Woosnam (above) said before teeing off at the Italian Open in Milan today.
