AN investigation into the case of Peter Woodhams, the young father shot dead seven months after being stabbed by a gang of youths, revealed "serious flaws in the police response".
Mr Woodhams's murder outside his Canning Town home in August last year was the culmination of a seven-month campaign of violence which began when he was slashed across the face and stabbed in the neck.See the full content of this document
