COACH Peter Moores refused to speculate about Steve Harmison's future in the wake of England's humiliating First Test defeat.

But with selector James Whitaker cancelling plans to fly home from Hamilton, Moores admitted: "The team for the next game will obviously need some serious consideration, which will happen over the next couple of days." Whitaker had been due to leave New Zealand this morning. But the manner of England's 189-run defeat was so shocking he clearly felt the need to stay on for at least another 72 hours and play a full part in picking a side for Thursday's Second Test.
