NATIONAL LOTTERY operator Camelot is to spend Pounds 24million on a huge TV advertising campaign expected to be fronted by Whoopi Goldberg. The actress, 49, famous for roles in Ghost and Sister Act, is in talks to play a "Lady Luck" character, says Marketing Week.

Her fee is likely to be more than Pounds 1 million.
