MILLINER Philip Treacy, whose exotic creations are often seen atop his magnificently potty fashion muse Isabella Blow, has created his first hotel, the g. It is not an exotic location, however, sitting as it does on the edge of a retail park on the outskirts of Galway. There are views of a fine roundabout and it counts a multiplex and a vast PC World among its neighbours.
