EUROSTAR has begun issuing double-page advertisements showing an invitingly empty St Pancras International station, the lines yawning out in classic perspective.
Tickets for the first services from the new terminal, on the morning of Wednesday 14 November, went on sale this week. "Be one of the first to ride a 186mph train from London to the Continent," the ads urge.
