THE Red Lion, one of London's bestknown pubs, has been fined Pounds 10,000 for breaching food hygiene rules. The Westminster pub was closed last January after an environmental health officer found mouse droppings around the pub's kitchen.
Mark Watson, defending, told City of Westminster magistrates court that the pub's owner, Spirit Group, had implemented a "change of guard" at the firm.See the full content of this document
