THE bitter battle for London's Pounds 4 billion Olympic City is set to conclude tonight with Australian shopping malls developer Westfield expected to emerge as victor.

Westfield, which owns a 25% stake in the development rights for the 180-acre Stratford site, has proposed a deal to buy out a 50% stake held by billionaire brothers David and Simon Reuben for about Pounds 110 million.
