PARENTS, charities and independent providers will be able to set up a new wave of state schools in London under a Tory government, the party announced today.
Shadow education secretary David Willetts said he wanted to make it easier to create state schools. Under the Tory policy, planning rules will change to end the loss of land available for new education sites.
