A PENSIONER who became the world's oldest mother at the age of 66 has died -- leaving her two-yearold twin boys orphaned.

Carmen Bousada gave birth to Pau and Christian after lying about her age to obtain IVF treatment in the US. She died aged 69 in south- west Spain on Saturday, 19 months after being diagnosed with cancer.
