FORMER Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan has warned that foreigners may be reaching their limit in buying US debt.
He said the sliding greenback may reflect a growing unwillingness to buy US securities. "Obviously there is a limit to the extent that obligations to foreigners can reach," Greenspan said in Washington.See the full content of this document
