THE boss of Barclays' UK banking business is to quit, and will be replaced by three people.
Roger Davis, 49, stands down tomorrow and said he was looking for a new challenge. It is not believed he has a new job lined up. Unless he finds one in the next 12 months, he will be given a payoff of up to Pounds 1 million. He earned Pounds 1.32 million last year. He leaves the bank in April, but will be available as a consultant until October 2006.See the full content of this document
