THE alleged airline terror plot was ordered by Osama bin Laden's righthand man, it was claimed today.

Pakistani intelligence sources said the alleged plan to attack transatlantic aircraft was "sanctioned" by Ayman al-Zawahri. The claims add weight to suggestions the plot was controlled at the very highest levels of al Qaeda.
