BAGGAGE chaos at Heathrow Terminal 5 will last at least a week, a minister admitted tonight.
In an emergency statement to MPs after days of international embarrassment, aviation minister Jim Fitzpatrick admitted it would take that long to return 28,000 mislaid bags to their owners.
