SYLVESTER STALLONE was today fined Pounds 1,200 by a court in Sydney for attempting to smuggle banned hormones into Australia.

The 60-year-old actor will also pay prosecution costs of Pounds 4,000 after pleading guilty to importing 45 vials of human growth hormone and possessing four vials of testosterone. The magistrate said Stallone tried to deceive customs officers by claiming to have a prescription for the Jintropin in his luggage.
