THE fatal collision of two RAF Puma helicopters in Iraq which killed two British servicemen was caused by a dust storm which blinded the pilot, it emerged today.
Defence sources said the crash came as the Puma helicopters carrying special forces personnel flew at high speed, low over the ground on a mission north of Baghdad.See the full content of this document
