FORM an orderly queue. St Alban, the fifth restaurant brought to you by Jeremy King and Chris Corbin, masterminds behind The Wolseley and previously of The Ivy, is opening next week. St Alban is playful and modern and uncompromisingly contemporary in ambience and design - in stark contrast to the Viennesecafe inspired look of the Wolseley.
Diners enter the restaurant via a pair of very Starship Enterprise-like sliding doors made of smoked glass. The window looking out onto Lower Regent Street is frosted glass with eight- foot high multicoloured line drawings of mobile phones, juice cartons and fizzy drink cans.See the full content of this document
