THE LOOK TWEED LET'S face it, tweed has something of an image problem. The "Carol Thatcher" of the fabric world - tough, practical, terribly, terribly British but a little lacking in the glamour stakes - tweed has never completely shaken off it's rather mumsy image, even though it seems to get a style overhaul practically every winter.
