CANNABIS and alcohol pose a growing threat to schools as society descends into moral "free-fall", a leading headteacher warned today.
The chairman of the Society of Headmasters and Headmistresses of Independent Schools, David Chapman, said many schools no longer took a "zero-tolerance" approach to pupils who use the drug while police were "not particularly interested" in taking action.See the full content of this document
