A MAJORITY of Londoners oppose government plans to give Ken Livingstone increased planning powers, a new poll reveals.
Some 54 per cent reject the idea of the Mayor approving major projects in defiance of local objections, with 27 per cent in favour. Nineteen per cent were undecided.See the full content of this document
