TROUBLED supermarkets giant J Sainsbury is seriously considering moving out of its glitzy London headquarters in a bid to save money. If Sainsbury's decides to go, it will be seen as a symbolic humiliation for the company, which moved into the glass-fronted Holborn site only three years ago.

Executives at the firm are said to be seriously attracted to the cost savings it could make if it moved out of the capital. Neither of its two more successful rivals, Tesco and Asda, have expensive London headquarters.
