THE Liberal Democrats were plunged into a "dirty tricks" row today after cancer charities complained their names were being used on a party leaflet without permission.

The leaf let, headlined "March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month", asks for donations of Pounds 50, Pounds 20 and Pounds 10 and includes a petition to Health Secretary John Reid.
