START talking about water quality issues and watch most people's eyes glaze over. It's boring to many people who take it for granted that all they need to do to get quality water is to turn on the tap. Sometimes, and especially recently, it might come out a bit brownish, but, by and large, water quality is one issue we needn't get too worried about.
