Summary
HUNDREDS more demonstrators were expected to join the climate camp on Blackheath today.
Organisers of the site said they believed the estimated 1,000 who had set up camp on the park would be reinforced. They plan to spend the day putting up tents and building compost toilets. The activists also hope to construct generators which will be powered by people pedalling bikes and used to supply electricity to a cinema. The all- vegetarian camp is offering cous-cous for dinner and cream cheese for breakfast, and has been divided into neighbourhoods named after parts of the country.See the full content of this document
