WHEN I wrote last week about the pre-pack administration of Cobra Beer, I obviously touched a nerve.
What hasn't been made clear, I was told, is the role played by the banks. A friend said that he's come across several pre-packs, all of which have been driven by the banks, determined to recover their secured loans.
