A 12-YEAR-OLD won nearly Pounds 6million compensation at the High Court today over the hospital birth that left her brain-damaged and with cerebral palsy.

Rebecca Walker's counsel, Mr David Wilby QC, said Milton Keynes General Hospitals NHS Trust had agreed to settle for Pounds 5.75 million. Mr Justice Grigson said: "I'm quite satisfied this settlement will provide for Rebecca throughout her life."
