THE detective leading the Madeleine McCann investigation was publicly reprimanded by Portugal's justice minister today over an astonishing attack on British police.
Chief Inspector Goncalo Amaral was given a dressing-down after saying: "British police have only worked on what the McCann couple want them to work on." Minister Alberto Costa said: "We need to concentrate on the job, and on the case, and not on the commentary."
