LORRY drivers have been fined a total of half a million pounds for entering the new Low Emissions Zone in London.
Under the scheme, launched in February, heavily polluting lorries are charged [pounds]200 a day to enter Greater London or face a [pounds]1,000 fine. Transport for London has issued 543 penalty charge notices.See the full content of this document
