MORE controversial police force mergers will go ahead despite opposition from a number of forces, Home Secretary Charles Clarke said today.
New "superforces" will be created in East Anglia, the Midlands, the South-East and Yorkshire and Humber. The changes will start on 1 April 2008.See the full content of this document
