TWO police officers spoke of their joy today after helping deliver twin girls in a car.
Pcs James King and Karen Brownlow were flagged down at 2.40am by a man whose wife was giving birth. They wrapped the first baby in a jacket and helped deliver the second with help from control room staff via their radios.See the full content of this document
