LONDONERS could be paying their Mayor an average of almost Pounds 300 in council tax from next April.
The figures are revealed in Ken Livingstone's draft annual budget for 2006/07. It seeks to increase the precept - the share taken from council tax bills to fund the spending of the Mayor and Greater London Authority, including the police and fire services.See the full content of this document
