ACTIVIST shareholders in Photo-Me International scored another victory today after the company pulled the sale of its photo booths division.

Photo-Me said it will keep the vending business, which has about 22,000 booths at railway stations and other locations, after interest from a number of suitors failed to result in "firm offers at an acceptable level".
