NINE out of ten muggings in affluent London boroughs are not being solved, according to official figures.
They show that officers in Kensington and Chelsea solved just 85 out of the 876 recorded cases of robbery of personal property in 2005/06, in Hammersmith Fulham it was 110 out of 1,244 and in Wandsworth 156 out of 1,565.See the full content of this document
