VOTERS went to the polls today as Zimbabwe's one-candidate presidential run-off began.
The election, which has been widely condemned by world leaders, got off to a slow start this morning as handfuls of people arrived at polling booths across the country for the 7am opening. They were watched in many places by armed gangs of young men hired by the ruling Zanu-PF party to enforce its will on the streets.See the full content of this document
