THE ROW over the bill for the 2012 Olympics intensified today as the Government faced a parliamentary revolt over plans to raid the National Lottery for more cash.

As the Standard revealed yesterday, Olympics Minister Tessa Jowell still faces a Pounds 1.6 billion-plus shortfall in the soaring Pounds 10 billion budget which must be met by either the Lottery or London council-tax payers.
