OWNERS of historical houses would be able to challenge decisions to list their properties under proposals announced today.
The plans, set out by Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell, would mean homeowners would be told if their home had been nominated for listing. They will also be given the right to challenge the decision.See the full content of this document
