The packed 8.37 service from Drayton Park to Moorgate overshot the platform at 8.46pm and ploughed into a dead-end tunnel at 30mph. It smashed through a sand barrier and into a brick wall, killing the driver Leslie Newson, 55, and 42 passengers.See the full content of this document
