ONE of the three joint owners of the Pounds 4billion Stratford "Olympic City" project is selling its 25 per cent stake in the consortium.
Stanhope's share is said to be worth Pounds 40 million, almost half of which would go to ex-chairman Sir Stuart Lipton. It will be bought either by the Reuben brothers, with a 50 per cent stake, or Australian developer Westfield, with 25 per cent.
