CHRISTINE OHURUOGU today put aside the controversy surrounding her 400metres World Championship triumph to focus on leaving Japan with what she hopes could be an historic second gold medal.

After a day when she admitted to feeling damned not just by faint praise but some downright hostility over her missed drugs tests of last year, Ohuruogu was grateful to get back on the practice track to prepare for the 4x400m relay.
