THIS has been the hottest July since records began, the Met Office officially confirmed today.
Prolonged high temperatures in London peaked at 35C (95F) on the 19th with many other days well above 30C (86F) Bus and Tube commuters sweltered in even hotter conditions and the drought has led to Thames Water tapping emergency underground supplies.See the full content of this document
