THEO WALCOTT'S England call-up will not trigger any payments from Arsenal to his former club Southampton, writes Wayne Veysey.

Arsenal made an initial payment of Pounds 5million when the 17- year-old moved to Highbury in January with a further Pounds 7m to be paid dependent on his club and international appearances. But it is understood Walcott has to make 20 starts for England before Arsenal are obliged to pay Pounds 2m 'England money'.
