YOU wrongly claim (Brigades alarm over driver shortage, 20 January) that there are "delays to answering many 999 calls" and driver shortages "could also put lives in the capital at risk, leaving the city unprepared in the event of a terrorist attack or other major incident". This is not the case at all.
