WELCOME TO one of the bestconnected PTAs in town. At the annual summer fair this year for the Fox Primary School in Notting Hill Gate (at which the restaurant Kensington Place lays on a barbeque), one of the auction prizes is a guided tour around Downing Street with Gordon Brown.
"The parents at Fox are pretty wellconnected," one yummy mummy tells me, "but even by our standards, that's an impressive prize. We were all looking at each other yesterday, wondering who could have donated it." Another prize in the auction, which takes place tomorrow, is a day at the CNN studios for ten children.
