A 500-YEAR-OLD monument that has never been seen outside Mexico is the centrepiece of the British Museum's autumn show.
The one-tonne Teocalli of Sacred Warfare was commissioned by Aztec ruler Moctezuma II. Museum curators managed to persuade Mexico to part temporarily with it by promising to restore his reputation.
