AN Old Bailey judge today gave a stern warning to young women not to take unlicensed minicabs after having too much to drink.
Judge Jeremy Roberts was speaking after a man was cleared of the rape and indecent assault of an Oxford graduate and City worker in the back of his unlicensed cab. He told the jury, which had just cleared Mugibur Shah, 36, from Stepney, that: "It is simply impossible to be sure where the truth lies."See the full content of this document
