With regard to Gordon Ramsay's downgrading by the latest Harden's guide, no restaurateur can ever hope for uninterrupted success as public tastes are cyclical. What is more surprising is that London still lacks more than one three-star Michelin establishment beyond Ramsay's SW3 restaurant.
