CHICAGO law firm Mayer Brown, which has more than 300 lawyers in two offices in the City of London, today outlined plans to merge with Hong Kong's Johnson Stokes & Master.
The merger will create the world's 10th-largest law firm with annual revenues of $1.3 billion (Pounds 650 million), and is Mayer Brown's first significant expansion since it combined with London's Rowe & Maw in 2002.See the full content of this document
