Cameron led off on NHS hygiene but that was just a warm-up for his real attack -- a demand for an EU referendum. "He's ditched the NHS already," jeered Brown at the change of tack. The PM almost lost a point when aide Iain Austin was named by the Speaker for bellowing over Cameron. Brown, riled, then scored with a jibe about Cameron meeting strongman Arnold Schwarzenegger. "He said, 'when you look at me think of Schwarzenegger' -- -- but that's the last thing most of us think about!"
