BLACK-cabs maker Manganese Bronze has completed a sale and two- year leaseback deal on its one-acre Holloway Road service and repair centre in north London for Pounds 7.9 million, generating a profit after costs of Pounds 4.7 million.
Manganese has also paid Pounds 4.6 million for a long lease on a bigger service site in Brewery Road, near King's Cross, which it can occupy from 2006. The shares today rose 1/2p to 227p, a 12-month high.See the full content of this document
