They are on the verge of submitting plans for a huge office block on the 2.8 acres of land in EC3. But is building a huge office block a terribly bright idea right now? Morris and Golker have quietly built up a Pounds 600 million property business called Investream since they left agents Jones Lang LaSalle, where they looked after very rich clients, in 2002. A visible measure of their success is that the new business, which operates out of offices in Wigmore Street, set aside Pounds 5.7 million for charitable donations in the two years to April last year.
